Overview

Khorly is a village on the Black Sea coast in the Kherson Oblast, located near Skadovsk. The kitesurfing spot is in the shallow Dzharylhach Bay, offering ideal conditions for beginners.

The water is very shallow and flat, with a sandy bottom. The water is warm in summer. The prevailing wind comes from the west and southwest. The spot is quiet and less crowded compared to more well-known spots.
