Overview

Boca Sur is a kitesurfing spot located near Concepcion, in the Bio Bio region of Chile. The beach is at the southern mouth of the Bio Bio River. South to southwest winds blow in the afternoon between 15 and 22 knots from September to March. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. Watch out for currents at the river mouth.
