Cline Spit is a kitesurfing spot near Dungeness Spit, on the Strait of Juan de Fuca in Washington State. This sand spit, smaller than Dungeness Spit, offers an alternative access to the strait waters. The harbor side (Dungeness Harbor) offers more sheltered conditions than the strait side. Advanced level due to strong strait currents. Near the Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge — check access restrictions.
