Roses Pueblo — town beach of Roses at the NW corner of the gulf. Tramuntana is offshore here — not ideal for kite. Thermal Garbí is onshore. Tourist town with good restaurants and infrastructure. Better to kite at Empuriabrava or Sant Pere to the south.
