Playa América is a popular beach near Nigrán, south of Vigo. Wide sandy beach in a sheltered bay. Works with SW-W-NW winds. Beginner-friendly — less exposed than A Lanzada. Thermal wind in summer. Kite schools available (Kite Galicia, Marea Kite School). Good infrastructure, restaurants. Water ~15-18°C.
