Year-round with different winds:
Spring/Summer: Garbí SW/Llebeig 15-20 kts, thermal, consistent. Also Xaloc SE lighter — good for foil. Best season.
Summer: Llevant E also works. All directions covered.
Winter: Tramuntana N, Mestral NW — cold, strong. Also Ponent W (offshore, advanced).
Santa Pola works with almost every wind direction — one of the most versatile spots in the region.

Intermediate

Playa Lisa: long sandy beach, flat to small chop. No rocks (unlike Carabassi). Shallow near shore. Multiple wind directions = very versatile water conditions. Water 22-27°C summer, 14-16°C winter. Boardshort summer, 3/2 spring/autumn, 4/3 winter.

Playa Lisa — access from the road between Santa Pola and El Pinet. Kite area near El Pinet end. Free parking along the road. Santa Pola town center 5-10 min. Salt lakes (Salinas) with flamingos between town and beach — worth a visit.

Garbí / Llebeig (SW) — Best wind. Thermal, 15-20 kts, constant. Spring/summer afternoon. Side-onshore.
Llevant (E) — Side-shore at Playa Lisa. Waves. All year. Good for wave riding.
Xaloc (SE) — Light, not very intense. Good for foil/hydrofoil.
Migjorn (S) — Not common but works at Playa Lisa.
Ponent (W) — OFFSHORE, gusty. Advanced only. Playa Lisa works but risky if you can't stay upwind.
Tramuntana/Mestral (N/NW) — Winter. Cold, strong. Side-shore here.
