Camping Kaper is one of the most popular access points to the Hel Peninsula for kitesurfing. The campsite is located between Chalupy and Kuznica, offering direct access to the bay side of Puck Bay. Conditions are typical of the Hel Peninsula: flat and shallow water on the bay side, perfect for beginners and freestyle. The campsite offers pitches for tents and camper vans, with a very friendly kite atmosphere. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the various spots along the peninsula. The site gets very busy in summer, so arrive early to find a good spot.
