Vama Veche is the southernmost kitesurfing spot on the Romanian Black Sea coast, located at the border with Bulgaria. Known for its bohemian and alternative atmosphere, this small seaside resort offers a fine sandy beach facing the open sea. Prevailing winds come from the northeast and east. The spot is exposed and can generate waves in strong wind, making it better suited for intermediate and advanced riders. Access is easy from the village.
