Lacul Morii (Mill Lake) is a large artificial lake in the western part of Bucharest, Romania's capital. It is the main kitesurfing spot in the Bucharest area. The lake offers a fairly large flat-water surface, suitable for kitesurfing and wingfoil. Prevailing winds come from the west and northwest. The spot is easily accessible from the city center. Watch out for power lines and trees on the banks.
