Overview

Spot do Berbigão / Rio Mondego is a flat water kite spot on the Mondego river estuary near Figueira da Foz. Sheltered from Atlantic waves, the river offers flat, shallower conditions — a good beginner/freestyle alternative to the ocean. Works with NW Nortada that channels into the estuary. Less consistent wind than the ocean side but calmer conditions.
