March Point is a kitesurfing spot on Fidalgo Island near Anacortes, in northern Washington State. This point juts into Padilla Bay / Fidalgo Bay, offering exposure to southerly winds. The spot is located near the March Point oil refineries but still provides access to an interesting tide-influenced body of water. Flat water to moderate chop conditions in this sheltered bay.

Cold water — hypothermia. Mud flats exposed at low tide making riding impossible in places. Tidal currents. Proximity to oil refinery facilities — respect security zones. Maritime traffic including tankers and Anacortes ferries to the San Juan Islands.
