J P Luby Park is a kitesurf spot at J.P. Luby Surf Park, a beachfront park on the Gulf coast of North Padre Island, just south of Packery Channel. The park offers good facilities: parking, showers, restrooms, and picnic areas. The beach faces the Gulf of Mexico with surf conditions. It's a spot appreciated by local surfers and kitesurfers thanks to the wave quality near the channel.
