Laguna Reef is a kitesurf spot on the bay side of North Padre Island, on the Upper Laguna Madre. The spot offers access to shallow lagoon flats with protected flat water conditions. It's a good alternative to Gulf spots for those who prefer calmer conditions. The body of water is expansive with sandy bottom and very shallow areas ideal for progression.
