Jetty Island is located close to the city of Everett, just north of Seattle. Everett is well known for the location of the Boeing Aircraft factory. Everett also has a large Naval Base.
IMPORTANT: Jetty Island is separated from the mainland by a 200m wide channel and is only accessible by boat. There is a ferry in the summer, but the last ferry from the island to the mainland is at 5pm when the wind picks up. To access Jetty island, you will require a SUP or a boat.
Jetty Island is a great kiting sport, large sandy beach and great thermal winds in the summer from about March to October.
Jetty Island is perfect for beginners and experts.
