El Jardin is a kitesurf spot on the northwest shore of Galveston Bay, in the El Jardin community near Bayou Vista. The spot offers bay access from the mainland, with shallow waters and muddy bottom. It's a convenient access for riders from the south Houston area who don't want to go all the way to Galveston Island. The SE wind crosses the bay without obstruction.
