Windsurf Bay Park is the reference kitesurf spot on Lake Ray Hubbard, named for its historic popularity with windsurfers. The municipal park offers direct lake access with parking, lawn for launching, and amenities. It's the most frequented spot by the Dallas kite community. The body of water is expansive with good fetch for south wind. The vibe is friendly with an active local rider community.
