Walvis Bay Speed is a kitesurfing spot dedicated to speed, located in the Walvis Bay lagoon in Namibia. This spot is world-renowned for its kitesurfing and windsurfing speed records. The speed channel offers perfectly flat water with extremely powerful and consistent south/southwest winds. The water is cold (around 14 degrees C) due to the Benguela Current. Spot reserved for advanced riders due to the strong winds.
