Vineta Point is a kitesurfing spot located in the Erongo region of Namibia, north of Swakopmund. This spot on the Atlantic Ocean offers coastal conditions with strong south/southwest winds. The water is cold (around 14 degrees C) due to the Benguela Current. The spot is named after the ghost town of Vineta, swallowed by the desert sands. Suited to intermediate riders.
