Flying Point is a kitesurf spot located on Mecox Bay, on the south side of the lagoon, on the south fork of Long Island. This protected body of water offers excellent flat water conditions. The proximity of Flying Point Beach (ocean side) allows choosing between bay or ocean sessions depending on conditions.

Very shallow areas at low tide. Access may be limited – check local regulations. Jellyfish possible in summer.
