Spencer Bay is a kitesurfing spot located in the Karas region of Namibia, on the Atlantic coast between Luderitz and Walvis Bay. This very remote bay offers extreme sailing conditions in a desert environment. The south/southwest winds are very strong and constant. The water is very cold (around 14 degrees C). Access is extremely difficult. Spot reserved for expert riders and expeditions.
