Luderitz Second Lagoon is a kitesurfing spot located in the Karas region of southern Namibia. This second lagoon in Luderitz offers a more sheltered body of water than the open sea, while still benefiting from the extreme winds of the region. The south/southwest winds are among the strongest in the world. The water is very cold (around 14 degrees C). The lagoon allows for speed sailing practice in safer conditions. Advanced level.
