Airstrip is a soundside spot near the Ocracoke Island airstrip. The island has a small airport (Ocracoke Island Airport) and the spot is located nearby on the Pamlico Sound side. The body of water is vast and shallow, offering good conditions for flat water kitesurfing. It's an intermediate spot as the area is isolated and access may require some walking. The atmosphere is ultra-wild, typical of Ocracoke, with few or no other riders in sight.
