Winchester Bay South Jetty is a kitesurfing spot located at the mouth of the Umpqua River, on Oregon's south coast. The south jetty partially protects the riding area from dominant swells, creating slightly more sheltered conditions than open beaches. The spot offers access to both coastal waters and the estuary area. The sand dunes of the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area extend to the south, offering a spectacular landscape.
