North Shore is a summer spot on the north shore of Mille Lacs Lake in Minnesota. Lake access offering maximum fetch southward. Mille Lacs Lake (536 km²) offers excellent kitesurf conditions with a vast, open water body. Season from May to October.

Freshwater with chop in sustained winds. Maximum fetch southward from the north shore. Moderate depth. Sandy and rocky bottom. Water warms in summer.
Mille Lacs Lake can become rough quickly. Sudden thunderstorms frequent in summer. Heavy boat traffic. Changing conditions on this very large lake.
