Ponta do Ouro is a kitesurfing spot located at the far south of Mozambique, in Maputo province, on the South African border. This coastal spot faces east onto the Indian Ocean and is a popular destination for South African kitesurfers. The southeast trade winds blow from May to October. The water is oceanic with tides and waves. Spot suited to intermediate riders.
