Cypremort Point Beach is a kitesurf spot located on Vermilion Bay in Iberia Parish, southwestern Louisiana. It is one of the rare natural sand beaches on the Louisiana coast, within Cypremort Point State Park. Vermilion Bay offers shallow and protected waters with an expansive body of water facing south. The setting is wild and preserved, typical of Louisiana coastal marshes, with abundant wildlife.

Shallow Vermilion Bay waters, sandy to muddy bottom. Flat to slightly choppy water. Tides present but low amplitude. Brackish water, warm in summer (28-30°C). The bay offers good fetch for south winds. Conditions are generally moderate thanks to the bay's natural protection.
Alligators very present in surrounding marshes and bayous. Bull sharks possible in the bay. Jellyfish in warm season. Violent tropical thunderstorms. Muddy bottom can trap feet in some areas. Very aggressive mosquitoes, especially at dusk. Active hurricane zone from June to November. Spot isolation — little rescue nearby.
