El Cuyo is a spot in north-eastern Yucatan, on the border with Quintana Roo. The easterly trade winds and the Nortes create exceptional flat water conditions on a shallow and extensive body of water.
This spot is one of the best in Yucatan for beginners, with warm turquoise water and a preserved natural environment.
