Punta de Los Molinos is the only north-facing beach in the entire Comunitat Valenciana, making it absolutely unique. While every other spot on this coast faces east or southeast, Molins faces north — catching W, NW and N winds that are offshore everywhere else. This is THE winter spot of the Dénia/Oliva area (November-March). Terral winds 25-40 knots funnel down from the mountains. Also works NE in spring/summer (when not prohibited). Located on the Las Marinas road near Dénia port. Perfect complement to Les Deveses: Deveses = summer, Molins = winter.

Winter (November-March): BEST SEASON. Terral W/NW, strong 25-40 kts. Kites 7-9m. Offshore — expert only. Flat to small chop.
Spring (April-June): NE Gregal works well — side-shore. Good conditions. Kites 9-12m.
Summer (July-August): KITE FORBIDDEN.
Autumn (September-October): Transition — start of terral season. Also Llevant E storms.
Advanced
Flat to chop with terral W/NW — offshore conditions. Sandy bottom with some rocky sections near the point. Water 13-16°C winter (4/3 or 5/4mm), 22-25°C spring (3/2). Mediterranean — no major swell.
Parking along the Las Marinas road. Near Dénia port. Easy car access. Dénia town center 5 min.
Terral W (Ponent) — Offshore, strong 25-40 kts. Comes from the mountains. Gusty but rideable. EXPERT ONLY — one mistake = drift to sea. Kites 7-9m.
NW (Mestral) — Side-offshore. Same strength. Also expert. Good flat water conditions.
N (Tramuntana) — Side-shore (unique orientation!). Strong, cold, winter. Advanced.
NE (Gregal) — Spring/summer. Side-onshore. 12-20 kts. Best "accessible" wind here. Intermediate.
⚠️ This is the ONLY beach in the CV where W/NW/N winds are rideable — everywhere else they're offshore.
