Tahaddart is a lagoon/river mouth near the Strait of Gibraltar, between Tangier and Asilah. It catches the same Levante (E) wind as Tarifa across the strait. Flat water inside the lagoon, waves outside. A significant local kite spot in northern Morocco, near the highway.
Flat lagoon: shallow, sandy, ideal for freeride/freestyle and beginners. Ocean side: wide sandy beach, wave spot accessible via sandbank. Lagoon works in multiple wind directions. Two spots in one.

20 miles south of Tangier, 8 miles north of Asilah. Access by car. No facilities outside summer. Journey Morocco organizes guided trips.
East wind (Levante) — same system as Tarifa. Also NE trade. Variable. Can be very strong during Levante events.
No infrastructure or safety support, especially outside summer. Come prepared and ideally with local guide. Avoid Eastern offshore wind for ocean access. Current at river mouth.
