Karwia is a seaside village located on the Baltic coast, just west of the base of the Hel Peninsula. The kitesurfing spot is on the sandy beach facing the Baltic Sea. The beach is wide and sandy, facing north. Conditions are those of an open sea spot: chop and waves in northerly wind, side-shore in westerly wind. The bottom is gradual and sandy. Westerly to northwesterly winds are most favorable. Karwia is a quiet village, less touristy than Wladyslawowo, offering a good balance between accessibility and tranquility.
