Bloemendaal aan Zee is a North Sea kitespot south of IJmuiderslag, within the National Park South-Kennemerland. The kite zone starts where the beach clubs end — here you'll find kitesurf, windsurf, SUP and wave surfing all sharing the wide beach. Famous for its lively atmosphere and beach clubs (Woodstock on the Beach, Republiek, etc.).
Wide beach with plenty of rigging space. Mifune Watersports offers kite courses, rental and storage directly on the spot. Camping De Lakens nearby (tent, retro trailer or dune bungalow). Suitable for intermediate and advanced riders due to currents.
