Lassarga is a fishing village at the southern tip of the Dakhla peninsula where the Atlantic Ocean meets the lagoon. The link between two worlds: world-class wave spot on the ocean side and flat lagoon water just 10 minutes away.
OCEAN SIDE: 1.5 km beach facing a legendary right-hander — a long, clean wave breaking along a sandy point, with offshore wind making it glassy and seemingly endless. Rides up to 1 km. Waves 0.5-2m+ (best October-March).
LAGOON SIDE (10 min by 4x4/zodiac): flat, shallow water, ideal for beginners and freestyle. Combining both = Lassarga's magic progression formula.
Ocean Vagabond Lassarga and Ocean Adventure Lassarga operate eco-lodges right on the beach. ION CLUB also present. Almost private feel, far fewer riders than the main lagoon. 20 min from Dakhla town.
