Scoglitti est un village de pêcheurs sur la côte sud de la Sicile, dans la province de Ragusa. La plage de sable offre un bon spot de kite par vents du sud et sud-est. Le spot est moins connu que les grands spots siciliens, offrant une ambiance plus tranquille et authentique.
