Tremestieri is a kite spot located on the east coast of Sicily, in the Strait of Messina. The spot is exposed to northeasterly and easterly winds that funnel through the strait, creating accelerated wind conditions. The water can be choppy with currents from the strait. This spot is suited to intermediate to advanced riders due to the sometimes demanding sea conditions.
