Maronti beach is the largest beach on the island of Ischia, located on the southern coast of the island. This black volcanic sand beach stretches for about 2 km, offering a spectacular setting between sea and thermal springs. The spot is exposed to south winds (Ostro) and southwest winds (Libeccio) coming from the sea. In Scirocco (SE), waves can form. The warm waters of Ischia and the volcanic setting make it a unique spot.
