Puerto Progreso is a spot located on the northern coast of Yucatan, on the Gulf of Mexico. The Nortes and easterly trade winds offer flat water conditions on a very shallow body of water extending far from the shore. The exceptional shallow depth of this coastal area makes it an ideal place for beginners and foiling.
