25th Street Miami Beach is a kitesurfing spot located in the central part of Miami Beach (Mid Beach), facing the Atlantic Ocean. This area offers a good balance between the buzz of South Beach and the quietness of North Beach. The beach faces east, capturing the trade winds as onshore. Conditions are typical of Miami's Atlantic coast: chop and small waves in moderate easterly winds. It's a kite access point suitable for intermediate riders comfortable with ocean conditions.
