Dania Beach is a kitesurfing spot located just south of Fort Lauderdale, between Port Everglades and Hollywood Beach. This small coastal town, known as the "Antique Capital of the World," offers a quiet beach facing the Atlantic. The easterly trade winds blow onshore with moderate chop conditions. The proximity to Port Everglades adds a vigilance element with cruise ship traffic. The spot is a good local alternative to Fort Lauderdale Kitebeach, usually less crowded.
Open all year round
