Beasley Gulf Side is located on the Gulf side of Santa Rosa Island, in the Fort Walton Beach / Okaloosa Island area. The south-facing beach offers white quartz sand and emerald waters typical of the Emerald Coast. The proximity to Eglin Air Force Base creates an area relatively preserved from mass tourism.
