Treasure Island is a barrier island on the Gulf coast in Pinellas County, between St. Pete Beach to the south and Madeira Beach to the north. The west-facing beach offers kitesurfing conditions with prevailing southwest and northwest winds. The spot is appreciated for its white sand and turquoise waters characteristic of the Gulf coast.
