Rada Tilly est un spot de kitesurf situé sur la côte atlantique de la Patagonie, dans la province de Chubut, près de Comodoro Rivadavia. Les vents y sont extrêmement puissants, typiques de la Patagonie australe.

Réservé aux riders avancés, le spot est soumis à des vents violents d'ouest et de sud-ouest dépassant régulièrement les 40 nœuds, avec des marées importantes.
