La Isla Santa María is a kitesurfing spot located near Antofagasta, in northern Chile. This spot offers sailing conditions around the island with regular south winds. The south to southwest wind blows in the afternoon between 15 and 25 knots from September to March. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. The water is cool (15-18°C).
