Barra do Jacuípe is a kitesurfing spot located at the mouth of the Jacuípe river, on the northern coast of Bahia. The spot offers a mixed body of water between river and ocean, with the constant Nordeste trade winds blowing from east to southeast from July to February. Conditions are suited to intermediate riders.
