Puclaro is a kitesurfing spot on the Puclaro dam lake, in the Elqui Valley, Coquimbo region of Chile. This lake offers flat water in a mountainous setting. The valley thermal wind blows in the afternoon between 15 and 25 knots from September to March. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. Note: this spot is a potential duplicate with spot ID 2792.
