Barra Grande est un spot de kitesurf réputé situé dans le delta du Parnaíba, Piauí. Ce village offre des conditions excellentes avec un vent de sud-est puissant et constant, et un plan d'eau varié entre plage et mangroves.

Adapté aux riders intermédiaires, Barra Grande est devenu un hub du kitesurf dans le Piauí avec écoles et pousadas dédiées. Haute saison de juillet à décembre.
