Itapeva est un spot de plage situé sur le littoral nord du Rio Grande do Sul, près de Torres. La plage offre de bonnes conditions de vent avec une exposition est et des vagues régulières pour le kitesurf et le wingfoil.

Le spot est apprécié pour son cadre naturel préservé et sa large bande de sable. Les vents de NE et E sont les plus fréquents et offrent les meilleures conditions de navigation.
