Preá est un spot de kitesurf mondialement connu, situé juste à côté de Jericoacoara au Ceará. Réputé pour son plan d'eau flat et ses vents parmi les plus forts du monde, Preá est un paradis du kitesurf. Les alizés du Nordeste soufflent d'est à sud-est de juillet à février avec une régularité exceptionnelle.
