Porto do Mangue is a spot located on the northwest coast of Rio Grande do Norte, in an estuary area with shallow waters. The southeast trade winds blow between 15 and 25 knots from July to February. The flat body of water and calm conditions make it an ideal place for beginner kitesurfers and wingfoilers.
