Pecém est un spot de kitesurf situé à l'ouest de Fortaleza, au Ceará, près de la zone portuaire industrielle. Malgré la proximité du port, le spot offre de bonnes conditions de vent avec les alizés constants du Nordeste soufflant d'est à sud-est de juillet à février. Adapté aux riders intermédiaires.
