Cotovelo is a beach located south of Natal, in Rio Grande do Norte. The southeast trade winds blow between 15 and 25 knots from July to February with good consistency. The spot offers ocean conditions with moderate waves, suited to intermediate riders in a setting of cliffs and tropical beaches.
